LLU customers have been re-routed as of approx 12:50, BT Wholesale bound customers (of which we appear to have none in the affected service area) will still be down (with a clear time of 5pm).

As this issue is currently resolved for our customers, we are closing this incident.

We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it.

We have been informed by our wholesale supplier that there is an incident primarily affecting broadband customers in London, however customers elsewhere may be experiencing drop-outs.

This issue was identified internally by them and they are currently investigating.
