Our wholesale supplier will be carrying out maintenance across a number of exchanges. During this window, customers connected to affected exchanges can expect to experience a loss of connectivity for up to 15 minutes, however connections should be considered "at risk" for the duration of the maintenance.
If, at the end of the maintenance window, you do not have a connection, please try rebooting your router first to see if this addresses the issue before contacting support.
