We are now seeing the vast majority of circuits back up as of a few minutes ago. Until we've seen the services stay up and stable for a few hours, we'll leave this incident open.

If you're still experiencing difficulties please try restarting your router.

We will pursue a RFO from our supplier but this will likely take a few days.

There is currently (as of circa 01:30am) an incident occurring on our wholesale partner's network which is causing all broadband (ADSL/FTTC/FTTP) circuits to be unavailable. Customers may see messages on their router suggesting that their username or password is incorrect; this is not the case, and there is no need to change any of your existing configuration.

Our provider are investigating but do not currently have an estimated time for restoration.
