This has been resolved since 03/11 - apologies for the delay in closing off the incident.

We believe that users should now be able to reconnect successfully.

This looked a lot like the last issue despite maintenance supposedly having taken place to address the weakness that allowed the outage to occur then. We will again look to them for answers with our supplier and look to ensure this is properly addressed.

We are investigating an issue causing ~50% of users to be offline and unable to authenticate. This appears to be an upstream fault - more as we have it.
