We are currently investigating reports that broadband users (ADSL/FTTx) are unable to authenticate, and we are not currently receiving any authentication requests for the affected users.

If you are currently connected, we recommend you avoid reconnecting or rebooting your router as you may not be able to re-authenticate again.
