The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.


As per our resolution notes for the recent outage, we will be reloading rt3.the between 00:00 and 01:00 tomorrow morning (i.e. tonight).

Directly connected services will experience a loss in service. Some minor disruption can be expected across the London core though we will do our best to minimise it by steering traffic away from the router prior to reloading it. Some broadband customers, if currently connected through Telehouse East, may find that their connection drops and takes a few minutes to reconnect to an alternate LNS.

We do not expect any noticeable disruption to last more than 15 minutes.
