We believe all VM loads to be back up and running.

If you have application errors inside your VM, please contact us for additional investigation.

We can confirm that the part swap has been abandoned and the vendor's field engineer has left site.

Apologies for the utterly avoidable inconvenience. We will be having words with the vendor in due course.

Most VMs are back online and functioning normally. Work continues to identify those that need further intervention.

Recovering

We had a field engineer on site doing what was supposed to be a hitless component swap in our primary storage array.

Regrettably, the manufacturer sent an untrained field engineer who took down the entire array.

Work is ongoing to restore service - we are seeing VMs coming back online at the moment.

Once the array is functional again we will be sending the field engineer away and dealing with the component swap ourselves next week.

More as we have it.
