Our wholesale provider has just notified us that they have to perform what they have described as critical emergency maintenance this evening between 23:00 and 06:00 tomorrow for firmware upgrades on their core.
Your connection may reset during this period or experience brief periods of outage for a few minutes at a time as each core router is rebooted.
If your connection is offline after 6am please try rebooting your router first, and then if the problem persists drop us a line and we'll get it looked at.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this maintenance this evening , and the short notice that was given.
