Our wholesale supplier will be conducting planned engineering works affecting LLU/"On-Net" Broadband customers.
While the change window is 4 hours we only expect a single outage of approximately 1 hour within this change window, after which comprehensive tests will be carried out to try and ensure that all services are operational as expected.
This is preliminary work to prepare infrastructure for a future network upgrade.
